Please Follow Our Demonstration

Today is two-video-day-Tuesday.

Here's an interestingly dark vid by Richard Fenwick, a short film director from London who has done some work for the BBC.

You Spin Me Right 'Round, Baby.

It's amazing how much this 9-month old baby moves around in 4 hours.

The Colours Red and Blue.

This summer, Sony released a new commercial for Sony cameras. Sony has used some interesting and original (not to mention, beautiful) concepts before to promote their Bravia television.

I wish I was in NYC when they shot this commercial. The team behind this commercial invited all bloggers to attend and take pictures on the day of the shoot to generate some buzz. I guess I got started too late.

I'm sure this is old for some of you, but I just wanted to share.

In 2003 Sony created this ad for the Bravia in which they dropped thousands of rubber bouncy balls down the streets of San Francisco. The spot features a perfect soundtrack provided by Sweden's Jose Gonzales cover of "Heartbeat".

You're The Shit And I'm Knee-deep in it.

For those of you who have seen the television show "One Tree Hill" you might recognize this song.

Frightened Rabbit is a multi-piece band from Glasgow, Scotland. The band has released two studio albums. With their second offering, The Midnight Organ Fight, they have finally received some widespread critical acclaim.

Be sure to keep a look out for a forthcoming third album due out this year. The band is currently wrapping up the Eastern leg of their U.S. tour with shows in Philly and NYC and then off to the U.K. in February.

According to their MySpace page;

They are a band who live in Glasgow and have done for some time. They record in bedrooms, cupboards and kitchens. Anyone can be in Frightened Rabbit. They have played some live shows in this city, but want to meet people from other cities, in order that they can come and blow into tubes when they play live. Lets keep pop music alive by getting it out of that dress and into a sweater.

Sounds like they put on one hell of a live show.

Take a listen to "My Backwards Walk".

Flower Power

The Kings of Convenience sound like they could have been plucked from decades ago. Their music would be right at home in 60's-70's acoustic folk. This is a great song from them titled, Toxic Girl.

While we're on the topic of KoC, their song, “Gold In The Air Of Summer” is featured on this fan-created video of the upcoming PS3 video-game, Flower.

Flower is a new take on the old tradition of first-person games. Your job is to guide a pedal across a meadow. There is no time-limit, no objective and no score. It's more or less a zen exercise. I'll be sure to check it out when it hits stores later this year.

I Was a Long, Long Way Off

Such an amazing fantastical feel to this video. From the catchy drum beat, to the smooth, warm lyrics, this video is just fun. Gives the listener a sense of hope about the potential of each day.

Autumn de Wilde directed this video for Greg Laswell’s “How The Day Sounds”.

Friend of the band Elijah Wood showed up to be a part of the shoot.

Is anyone else thirsty for whatever sodas they're drinking?
